PTC 2015 Favorites

Oh hey 2015- I blinked and you were done!

We are so grateful to the 78 couples this year who trusted us to make their day perfect – yes 78! I figured I’d take a stroll down memory lane (and by memory lane, I mean Instagram) and share some of the most fun, unique, and most-liked photos from the year….

Oh the places you’ll go! We were lucky enough to travel all over this beautiful state of ours, and these scenic ceremony shots prove that California provides all the backdrop you need (Ojai, Bass Lake and Joshua Tree top to bottom)

We were lucky enough to coordinate a couple of weddings at the rad new venue Millwick, and then Little Hill Floral Designs came in and FUCKING KILLED IT with this greenery design- I meeeaaannn!!!!

Beer themed wedding. Need I say more? Beer bottle centerpieces, hops hanging from chandeliers, beer and potato chip pairing during cocktail hour? Yes and yes.

While we’re on the subject of booze (although I am always on the subject of booze), PHUCK YO FOOD TRUCK. I want my truck to serve margaritas! Thank you Rasta Rita– you are doing the lord’s work.

This flower girl in a suit. With pink hair. Coolest flower girl ever? Probably.

We all know traditional guest books are lame. Have your guests sign wine bottles instead, especially ones labeled with milestone marriage moments, like “first fight”- although you may need more than one bottle of wine for that one.

This couple was really shy and hated the whole, center of attention thing that comes along with having a wedding, so they had a totally private first dance inside their venue while everyone else was outside. The groom played music from his cell phone in his pocket. All the feels right?!

Get married on a giant bocce ball court! Note: be sure you can bend and lunge in your gown so that you can play said bocce ball during cocktail hour.

Hot Wheels escort cards make everyone smile

Build a flower wall a la Kimye and then try to get your coordinators away from posing in front of it all night long…flower wall courtesy of the amaahzing Flower Allie

These cake toppers- cut outs of their dogs, Maple and Syrup. And yes, that is doggie wheelchair.

Our first styled shoot- Dollar Store Decor! So fun creating and hot gluing our fingers together and of course shooting this with our guuurl BKM Photography. Check out the whole shoot on Budget Savvy Bride’s blog.

Thank you to all of our amazing couples for another great year and a huge shout out to the babealicous bunch of bad bitches that IS Team PTC.  Cheers!
